要改变睡觉的种种不良习惯

1、亮着灯睡觉。人睡觉时虽然闭眼睛,但灯光仍然要被人体所感知。 
  2、睡前避免激烈运动。 
  3、睡前不要饮用浓茶、酒精浓度高的饮料。 
  4、睡前不要看惊险侦探之类的书籍、电影、电视。 
  同时,要注意睡的姿势与方向,睡眠最好双腿弯曲右侧位,方向最好是使人体保持和地球磁场的磁力线平行,也就是南北向。睡前最好用热水洗脚。养成开窗睡眠的好习惯,使空气流通,有利安眠,但开窗时要注意不要让风直接吹身体,特别是头部。可开侧窗,并注意盖好被子。还要注意不轻易服用安眠药,可睡前喝杯热牛奶,因牛奶含有色氨酸有轻度的催眠作用。
